New noise reduction sound insulation and damping material board
The noise source outside the car is mainly concentrated in the tank fan, engine, gearbox, silencer,
axle and other parts. The noise generated is mainly radiated from the wheel cover on both sides of
the engine and the engine bottom fan to the oil sump.
Our company’s noise reduction system project is to install a shielding sound-absorbing cover around the engine. The shielding sound-absorbing cover contains two functions. One is the shielding of the sound source-sound insulation. The greater the material density, the better the sound insulation performance. Vibration and noise cannot be generated; the second is the consumption of sound source energy-sound absorption. The higher the sound absorption coefficient of the material, the better the sound absorption performance. Our company's sound-absorbing material (FJ5#) is a patented material.
